We are back and we had an absolutely amazing honeymoon! We both wanted for reach out to you for a HUGE thank you for all your help making this happen. We definitely would not have been able to plan this successfully without your help, and we are already planning on reaching out to you again in the future! I wanted to share a few photos, and also let you know that we were beyond impressed with each of the hotels you booked for us. Without us knowing much about each location, every single hotel was in a perfect location.
Santorini was an absolute dream. The views were just astonishing no matter where you were on the island. We rented an ATV and drove from end to end one day and were just blown away by the blue and white buildings in Oia, the volcanic cliffs, and the Red Beach on the other end of the island. Astra Suites in Santorini was perfect. I know this was likely a large part of our expense, but it was well worth it. Our room had a small hot tub on our balcony that was perfect for watching the sunsets, which was much better than making the trek to Oia for an equally beautiful view but also side by side with thousands of people. The hotel staff provided breakfast on our private balcony every morning, left us wine, champagne or homemade chocolates every single day, and were more than helpful with anything we needed.
Mykonos was also beautiful for entirely different reasons. It was a bit too chilly to be able to hang out at the beaches, but our hotel was a 10 min walk from Mykonos Town where all the best little restaurants, shopping, boat tours, the windmills, and Little Venice were. It was simply gorgeous. In the warmer months, I think you could spend an entire trip just to this one tiny island and never be bored. Not to mention, this is where we had the best food on the trip. The seafood and produce here were just so far superior to anything we are used to!
I am also very happy that we decided to spend a day in Athens. That place is huge (5 million people), so it was WAY faster paced than our last 6 days on the islands, haha, but it is totally worth it for someone who is interested in history. We only had 1 day there, so we got up early, checked out the National Archeological Museum, made it to the Acropolis, and had plenty of time to explore the markets around Plaka where our hotel was right in the middle of.
Once again we just wanted to say thank you and share our experience with you for anyone else who may be interested in going. I think that it was the perfect mix of locations for a couple who wants a relaxing vacation with beautiful views, but also wants an incredible experience with really no stress of a language barrier or worry of being in unsafe locations. Although we had temperatures that were too cool for beach days, this was also the a great time to visit the islands since they are all about to shut down, there were minimal people there compared to what it would look like in the summer.

My husband and I worked very closely with Debby DeLeon, at New Horizons Travel, starting in December of 2015. She helped us thoroughly plan our travel to our destination wedding in February of 2017. She not only worked closely with us to successfully schedule airfare, hotels, transportation, resort stays and more, but she also helped nearly 50 other guests of ours do the same. Aaron is so easy to work with! He always has good suggestions for vacation destinations. We booked a trip to a resort in Mexico he recommended and we were excited. Aaron gave the option of vacation insurance which I normally don’t purchase but this time I did. Good thing too – hours before our trip the stomach bug struck and we had to cancel the trip 90 minutes before scheduled to leave. What a bummer! Anyway, Aaron reached out on a Sunday to give some guidance on vacation insurance options. Two days later we had rescheduled another destination for just a few weeks later. Long story short – Aaron provided awesome service not only in the scheduling of our trip but in the re-scheduling as well. I highly recommend calling Aaron for your next vacation!

ANYWAY, El Dorado was fabulous! We loved it! Everything about it. We had a great time and the weather was wonderful…a bit cold for Mexico but beautiful. You did a great job and will continue to reach out to you for future trips!!

She arrived at the hotel about 11:45pm in Phoenix, and will be there tonight to cheer with the rest of the spirit squad for the big CSU bowl game. Cami is a senior, and four year cheerleader at CSU. Many times in the past I had scheduled our family vacations sometimes to include my family members in distant cities. I have had a fair amount of luck with this. It is a GREAT deal of work to make it all come together (lodging/travel/food/transportation etc).
I started this vacation the same way as I had for my Costa Rica vacation for four but then decided to compare what I was finding with what might be gotten through a Travel Agent. I chose 2 outfits to compare to what I was finding.
I tried another agent from another company a few days before contacting New Horizons Travel (Leiha Coonts). Unfortunately, it was as expected – slow/cumbersome with promises that the agent knew the area (but obviously did not) I then contacted you, Leiha, and found the majority of my questions answered in our first telephone conversation. It was obvious that you had travelled this area extensively, you were extremely helpful and patient. You always got back to me in a timely manner and all was provided as you promised it would be.
This was a Dream vacation and my family and I could not be happier with our choice to trust you and go to the Riviera Maya area. This experience we will all remember for the rest of our lives(especially escaping winter’s frozen grip here in Wyoming).
Airline tickets and travel times/costs were all wonderful. All inclusive was fantastic, beach, food and amenities were as you described. I will seek your counsel from now on. AND OMG it was soooo much easier!! And undoubtedly saved me mucho dinero!!

Our trip to Beaches in Ochos Rios was beyond anything we’ve ever traveled to and we’ve been to quite a few destinations. We all just get ear-splitting grins as we recall our treasured memories of this fabulous trip and destination. We’ve already recommended it to everyone!
The Greek Oceanview room with concierge was THE BEST and all the amenities and water sports that are included are incredible! The staff at this resort went above and beyond to make our stay over the top relaxing and fun. The information and travel arrangements made by Shane and New Horizons covered every minute of our trip to make it the least stressful trip ever. For families or for couples this Beaches gets a 5 star rating from us!
I just wanted to tell you thanks for all you did to make our trip to the Las Vegas Bowl such a great experience. We purchased the package through you and everything was really organized and there were no glitches. We could concentrate on having a great time (which we did) and not have to worry about the logistics. I guess there was 1 glitch. CSU lost the game, but of course that wasn’t your fault. I would use your agency again without hesitation. In fact, I would like information about the San Antonio trip for next fall.
I am a customer of New Horizons travel and I wanted to take a moment to talk about Ann. In this day and age of online travel websites, I was surprised when my manager told me he uses a travel agent; he recommended I try his. I can say that so far and on several occasions, Ann has proven to be a very valuable asset.
If it is a last minute travel change that I could not coordinate myself, or her organizational expertise, Ann is a credit to her profession.
In fact! I am actually encouraging other friends who travel for work or pleasure to consider using an agent again (naturally I recommend Ann). I illustrate the convenience and reliability of Ann vs. any travel site.
So often we hear from customers when something went wrong, but rarely do we hear about things when people try really hard to make something right. So this is one of those moments, Ann deserves some recognition.

I would like to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate Lisa’s outstanding customer service. I had a particularly challenging set of travel arrangements to make (and break) and Lisa handled it all efficiently, quickly and with great poise! In a week’s time I had to cancel a flight, cancel one leg of a flight, reschedule a return, reschedule two other returns, and then cancel the returns. Much of this was due to the weather back east last week, but Lisa handled it all like a pro! I’m sure you realize she is a great asset to your team, but I know that it is nice to be reminded. Lisa is the tops! I recommend her to all my colleagues.
Sandals was absolutely amazing! We loved every minute of it and I was not excited to have to come back to work. There’s a good chance I may be contacting you again in the future because Tyler has already said many times that he would love to do that every summer. I am so glad you recommended the MoBay service because we would have been lost without it when we got to Jamaica just because we were so tired we weren’t functioning properly. Had a FANTASTIC trip! We were SO grateful we went through you and thru Apple and will call you again in the future and refer your name to others (already have to a few of our neighbors). The airport to and from transportation went so smoothly and we heard a lady tell us her nightmare story re: how long it took her to get to Dreams due to all the many stops… and the Apple rep we worked w/ several times during our stay that was on site – Javier was very helpful. Also, they did give us a free upgrade upon our arrival (one level up), which worked out so great. Dreams Tulum was fantastic – lodging, food amazing, staff really friendly, and they had an entertainment team there that was fun and very enjoyable. Again, we’d go there again in a heartbeat and we’re so grateful for your help in making everything so easy and so smooth!

We really liked Art of Animation – nothing to compare to at Disney since it was our first trip – but LOVED the fact that there was a 2nd bathroom the best. Very efficient with our teenage daughter! 🙂 Great facility, good location, the Nemo Suite was close to the pool and the big hall that houses the gift shop, restaurant, bus transportation, etc.
Our 17-year-old Rachel will be a senior this fall. We’ve told her that we would let her pick the next vacation trip so for the summer of 2014, might consider a European vacation to include Paris and maybe some stops in Italy. I’m sure our budget wouldn’t allow more than maybe a week or 10 days — can you give me some ballpark as to what that might cost? When you have time … no rush obviously … and of course, we’d be happy to use you to help us book anything of that nature! Is Christmas break a better time to go? Whatever info you can share would be appreciated – I can always come in to talk to you about it in person if that’s easier, but for now, maybe just an idea of cost.

We just used New Horizons Travel for the first time to book our vacation to Mexico! Our agent was Ann and she did a great job! We told her where we wanted to go, our budget and the dates and she sent us back a list of resorts with the price for a week down to the penny! It was sooooo easy to book with her. For once I didnt have to start from scratch looking for a place, then hoping there was a flight and trying to find a shuttle to and from the airport! She did all the coordinating and even told us what the shuttle driver in Mexico would be wearing so we wouldnt get confused. Our trip went off without a single hitch and we will absoloutly be using her again! Thanks Ann!

As a fellow small business owner who is a real admirer of great customer service, I wanted to take just a moment to tell you about my experiences with your agency and one of your employees – John.
First of all, I don’t travel a great deal and when I do, I have grown accustom to surfing the web for pricing and ultimately, booking my reservations for flights, cars, and/or hotels . My basic assumption was that I could save a considerable amount of money by doing it myself.
Today, I spent an hour or so on the internet searching for a flight to Florida for my wife and I. So I had a pretty good handle on pricing. I, then remembered that I might have a flight credit with Delta in my wife’s name. I called your agency to ask for advice and for information on how to apply that credit to this upcoming vacation. When I called I got John and explained my situation…he was very accommodating and helpful. Not only in providing the information that I needed, but also offered to help me with pricing as well. John spent considerable time in finding me the best flights for my scheduling and then he gave me both verbally and in written form, instructions and a phone number to Delta on how to get my wife’s credit. He even offered to sit in on a conference call to Delta to help me facilitate that along with getting some seats with legroom, if needed. And here is the best part…pricing was competitive with what I had seen early in the day. In fact, it was cheaper! And then to top it off, John has told me that he will try to get me some preferred seating, if available ( I am 6’4” tall with very long legs.) Also, he included a discount coupon for airport parking and told me about the valet parking option.
Kudos to New Horizon and John Clarken. I am overwhelmed with your service, your graciousness, and your desire to serve me in every aspect of my trip. In life, sometimes it is the little things that mean the most. Thank you for the attention that you gave me and you have earned a raving fan! I will recommend your travel agency every opportunity that I get.
I meant to get an email off to you on Monday. The trip went very well; everything was without a hitch, actually. The individual you advised us to meet with at DIA for group check-in wasn’t available, but another attendant helped us and we were checked in in less than 10 minutes! The rental car check-in and drop off was very smooth with no surprises on rates, and no delays at the counter. Return trip and group check in at Vegas was a little more cumbersome, but still quite smooth and efficient. Thanks for all of your help. If I remain the manager of this team, I will definitely push for travel agent support to make arrangements, and you will be at the top of the list.

Oh my we had an amazing time at Sandals! We loved it. The catamaran cruise to the falls was a blast. We highly recommend it. We snorkeled half way there and then climbed dunns and then partied all the way back. The dolphin swim was good we really liked it. The resort was amazing. We loved it. Our butlers were so worth it. They went above and beyond our expectations. The food was fantastic. We talked about wanting to get a 4room villa and fill it with a group of friends and get the same butlers and make it just a big group party vacation! So maybe February?? We will see 🙂

It was an amazing week! Other than raining one day the weather was just about perfect. The food at the sandals was amazing and we really enjoyed how the halcyon was set up. We liked how it was more low key and not party central like the grand. The hiking up the pitons was a bit more than we expected, however we enjoyed the workout. We also couldn’t believe how nice everyone on the island was. They really made the trip for us. Thank you so much again for planning our honeymoon I don’t think it could have been any better.
I have to be honest with you I have never been a big believer in a travel agent when it comes to my personal travels. You know the whole $25 for doing something that I at one time thought I could do just as easily and as well. That has all changed now that you have saved me over $80 per ticket for my mom and dad’s tickets. Now, not only did you save me $160 but I also appreciate your attention to detail, compassion and understanding the challenges that my parents have traveling and ensuring that they are going to be taken care of to the best of your ability.

I’m so late in sending you my thoughts about our recent trip to Paris and London…sorry about that. I got back, had meetings at 7:00 the next morning….and off I went. But, I was doing e-mails this morning and remembered that I wanted to send you a note.
So…just a big “Thank You” from the whole Stacey clan on the recent trip. You honestly saved us. The flights were perfect, the train was perfect…everything. But, getting the museum pass and buss ticket in London was brilliance. I honestly didn’t know about the Museum pass…but it saved us hours and hours. Did you know that they let you to the front of the lines if you have those? We could never have seen so much and I would not have known to do it. We had such a great time going from place to place…thank you for the tip. And, I have to tell you that when we got to London and everyone was wondering what was next…it was honestly impressive to pull out my London underground/bus passes that you got for me in Loveland, Colorado! Go figure. It was fun and they worked like a charm!!! We lived on the Tube in London!
